Work Family Resource Center offers the Continuum of Professional Development to Forsyth County’s family child care homes to improve the quality of licensed homes. Family child care professionals enter the Continuum at stage 1 and progress through the four stages of the program based on their educational achievement, star rating and professional development. Specialists provide technical assistance, training, and support to help the providers improve the quality of their child care environments. Additionally, the Continuum provides financial incentives for meeting educational and star rating requirements. Services are also available in Spanish.
