Parenting is the greatest task imposed upon members of our community. Learning beginning at birth is perhaps the best way to ensure a child’s success in later years. Smart Start exists to provide resources that help parents teach their young children from the beginning. Smart Start also helps parents make decisions that impact their children’s education, health, and wellbeing.

Smart Start believes that the parent is the first and most important teacher in a child’s life.
